      New Horizon Youth Red Cross Circle affiliated to Nepal Red Cross Society was registered as Junior Red Cross Circle on 26th Jestha  , 2067 in New Horizon Institution in the Inchargeship of Mr. Ramesh Regmi and vice-inchargeship of Mrs. Gita Gautam Gyawali. As Nepal Red Cross Society, an independent, volunteer-based, non-profitable organization came into being in 1963 with the motive of humanitarian service and support to vulnerable people in an impartial and neutral manner , same is the motto of New Horizon Youth Red Cross Circle as well. It also intends to emerge and foster humanitarian feelings in the juniors and youths and practice of volunteer service for the needy, in their youth stage.

          As we go through its history  , the circle has been conducting different school level to district level programs addressing the purposes and fundamental principles of the organization . Through the circle, the juniors and youths are able to participate and achieve recognition in district as well as national level competitions.

Programmes conducted: 

  1. One day tour to observe Marshyangdi Hydropower , Marshyangdi seri culture and api culture in Chitwan for 45 members in 2075/6/28.
  2. Blood group ditection programme  with New Horizon Scout on 4th and 5th of Magh, 2075 , 462 students benefited. 
  3. Blood donation programme with Kshitiz co-operative pvt. Ltd.in 2075/8/15.
  4. Donation to Old Age Home Named Ganeshman Shing Dhouju Bridhashram  with Scout New Horizon in 2071/5/21
